How it works and what’s included in the cost...

Step 1.  You place the order.
After receiving your pictures, order form and deposit, you will receive an email confirming that your pictures and deposit have arrived safely. We’ll set up a time for a phone meeting so we can discuss your project in detail. It’s important to know on the front end if you have any special ideas or if you have any questions.

Each picture (unless it’s already a digital file) is scanned using professional equipment to insure proper resolution and quality control. Each photo is color balanced and minor dust spots are removed. If the color has shifted over time, it will be corrected for this also and restored to its original color…or very close to it.

Step 2.  The actual artwork (fun) begins!
Computer time involves designing the collage with careful attention to details. Sharp edges are painted away by hand (using a special pen) and replaced with smooth, transitional blends. There is no magic button or quick “cut & paste” to make it happen. Depending upon the pictures and the complexity of the project, this phase can take anywhere from 6 to 15+ hours.

Step 3.  You will receive an email proof for approval.
Upon approval, your collage will go into lab production for final printing. Collage goes to Shipping to be mailed to you.

Step 4. You will be delighted!!!!!!!!
